- Brand identity and branding services
- Website design and development (including eCommerce)
- Animation and video creative services
- Digital marketing (SEO, content marketing, social media, paid campaigns)
- Supporting design assets (stationery, packaging, etc.)
Each package has its own scope, timeline, revision limits, and deliverables. The final scope is based on the package selected and the project brief provided by the client.
3. Eligibility to Use Our Services
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or you have permission from a parent/guardian.
- You have the legal authority to enter a binding agreement.

We may refuse service if the brief contains misleading information, impersonation, or unlawful intent.
4. Communication & Client Responsibilities
To keep the project smooth and on schedule, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information and required assets (name, tagline, preferences, files, examples).
- Respond to messages and approvals in a reasonable timeframe.
- Review concepts carefully and provide consolidated feedback when possible.
- Confirm spellings, names, and business details before final approval.
If approvals or feedback are delayed, project timelines may shift. We are not responsible for missed deadlines caused by late client input or incomplete briefs.
5. Project Timeline & Delivery
Project timelines depend on:
- Service type and package scope
- Client response time and approvals
- Complexity and revisions requested
- Availability of required project details
Estimated delivery dates are working targets, not guarantees. If a delay occurs due to internal scheduling or unexpected workload, we will communicate updated timelines clearly.
6. Revisions Policy
Most packages include a set number of revisions. Revision rounds apply to:
- Refining the approved direction
- Adjusting colors, fonts, layout, styling
- Minor edits aligned with the original concept
Revisions do not include:
- Restarting the project from scratch after approval
- Changing the brand name or business direction mid-project
- Requesting multiple unrelated design styles in one package
- Changes outside the package scope
If revision requests exceed the included limits or change the project scope, additional charges may apply.
7. Payments, Pricing & Billing
- Payment is required before work begins, unless stated otherwise in writing.
- Some services may require milestone-based payments depending on the project type.
- Prices are listed in [USD or specify currency] and may be subject to taxes where applicable.
We process payments through secure third-party providers. We do not store full payment card information on our servers.
If a payment fails or is reversed, work may be paused until payment is resolved.
8. Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks
Refunds depend on service type, project stage, and work already completed.
General refund guidance:
- Refunds may be considered before design/development work begins.
- Once concepts, drafts, or strategy work has been delivered, a full refund is not guaranteed.
- Once final deliverables are approved and delivered, refunds are not available.
Non-refundable services (once work begins):
- Digital marketing services (SEO, content marketing, ad management)
- Content writing services
- Custom development work
- Animation/video production already in progress
Chargebacks:
Clients must contact us before filing a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in immediate service termination and loss of access to deliverables, revisions, and future support.
9. Intellectual Property & Ownership Rights
Before full payment:
All concepts, drafts, mockups, and working files remain the property of The Logo Providers.
After full payment:
You receive ownership rights to the final approved deliverables provided in your package.
Important:
- Unused concepts and drafts remain our property unless purchased separately.
- Fonts, stock imagery, plugins, or third-party tools used may carry their own licensing rules. We will guide you when licensing is required.
